The Expert Index
Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of The Expert Index (theexpertindex.ai), operated by Provalytics LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. What the Index is
The Index publishes posts written by working experts, organised by field, with a headline and short summary for each. Each expert chose to be listed.
2. The content belongs to its authors
Each post belongs to the expert who wrote it. You may read it, quote short passages with credit and a link, and share links to any page. Don't copy whole posts or republish the site's content in bulk without the author's permission.
3. Headlines and summaries
Headlines, summaries and topic labels are written with AI from the expert's post. They can contain mistakes. The full post is the authoritative version. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and the views are the experts' own, not ours.
4. Contacting experts
Use the contact form only for genuine messages to the expert. Don't send spam, sales blasts, harassment, or anything unlawful, and don't use the form to collect information about experts. We may limit or block messages to protect experts.
5. Other sites
The site links to other sites, such as the original posts on LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
6. Removing content
If you believe something on the site is inaccurate, infringes your rights or shouldn't be here, email [email protected] with the page address. We may remove or change any content at any time.
7. Our property
The site's design, software, name and logo belong to Provalytics LLC. Don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Provalytics LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. The site is free to read, and our total liability for any claim relating to it won't be more than $100.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
