Published thinking from working experts, organised by field, with every post credited to the person who wrote it.

What it is

Practitioners share some of their best thinking in short posts on LinkedIn, where it scrolls away within a day. The Index gives each of those posts a permanent page on the open web, in a field, next to the rest of the author's writing, so people, search engines and AI assistants can find it and see who said it.

Who is listed

Experts on the Index are working professionals who publish regularly under their own name and have chosen to be listed. Every post here was first published by its author on LinkedIn. Nothing is written on an expert's behalf for this site, and experts can remove any post, or their whole page, at any time.

How each page is made

• The post is shown in full, exactly as the author published it, with a link to the original on LinkedIn.
• The headline, the one-line "In short" takeaway and the summary are written with AI from the post itself. They add nothing the post doesn't say.
• Quotes are word for word. Any quote that doesn't match the post exactly is dropped.
• Sources are linked. When a post responds to a news story, the story is named and linked under the post.
• Order is by date, newest first. No one pays for a higher place on a page.

If something here is wrong, or you believe a page shouldn't be here, email [email protected] with the page address. Experts can change or remove their own pages directly.

Contacting an expert

Each profile and post has a contact form. Your message is emailed to the expert, who replies to you directly. Experts' own email addresses are never shown.
