Waiting for certainty costs more than adjusting fast

In short When buyer behavior outpaces planning cycles, teams should change execution right away instead of waiting for certainty, and review results weekly rather than monthly.

We are adjusting quickly because execution realities changed overnight.
I’m sharing this now because waiting for perfect certainty is usually the expensive move.
Two signals stood out in the latest cycle:
-> Buyer behavior is moving faster than our old planning cycles.
-> Buyer behavior is moving faster than our old planning cycles.
So we changed execution immediately:
• tightened audience and creative pairing by intent stage
• shifted budget toward placements proving qualified actions
• shortened reporting loops so decisions happen weekly, not monthly
The objective is simple: fewer vanity wins, more repeatable growth.
What are you adjusting first in your mix this coming week?
